Grandparents raising grandchildren.

14 years ago
We are considering moving to Ecuador within the next five years and are raising two grandkids ages 4 and 7 now. Hadn't planned on raising grandkids and limited income. Wondering about quality schools and environment in Ecuador, preferably south and coastal area. What should we start doing now and what considerations do we need to make. Planning a trip within next year to check out the area. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
