Expats that own boats in Ecuador

I was thinking about my move down in September, origanally i was thinking of getting an apartment but what are the prices like for marinas along the coast especially in Salinas? What would i need to bring my boat into the country 34ft Searay Sundancer docs and etc; And is this even fessible? Thanks everyone again for your help.
