Hello everyone,
I couldn't help but post this, because I don't believe people should be moving to a foreign country just to make a killing in the almighty buck. However - with that said, they do have that right, as long as that right is granted to them by the government of said country.
As for me, I am longing for the day that I can move to a peaceful country where the people are friendly and welcoming. I don't want to live above them or try to teach them that my way of life is the correct way to live. I want to live among the citizens of said country and be assimilated into their culture. Hell, if I wanted to bring my American arrogance along with me and think the American way is the ONLY way, why would I not stay at home in the U.S. and live amongst the rest of the worlds arrogant asses.
Don't get me wrong - I am not a wealth person and have to meet the requirements to be granted residency in their land. Hopefully, I will be able to make the move within the next 12-18 months to that haven I so desire.
I am just a fed-up and disgusted American that has to live in the cesspool that is referred to as the U.S. Nothing but a bunch of war mongers that cannot keep their noses out of other countries business. Love killing and maiming. I don't want to be a part of this society anymore. Hopefully, the expats I meet will be mostly of the mindset that I have. I would enjoy meeting some Americans with some morals for a change!
