What a nice posting regarding your overview of Cuenca. Among the best I have read.

Kinda makes me want to re-consider Cuenca as well, but don't know how that would go over with some of the expats I pissed off when I posted several FACTS about both the USA and EC. Guess it wouldn't matter much as I pack something at all times.

Good luck, and maybe our paths will cross. I lived in the Knoxville area for five years, not long ago. Good people; they like their God, their Meth, and their Guns; and they beat their Wives and Kids, only when they need it. Hey, got to be a country western song in there somewhere. Yep!
