you may notice that there is no rent and that is because they live in a family owned apartment complex. The apartment is a small 2 bedroom. The food is high but included in that is eating out and possible entertainment. Also, missing is the cellphone breakdown which I think that my brother-n-law forgot because I know that they have them. They also pay some tuition for both kids so for estimate sake just take it as part of the food bill.
And for those of you thinking about opening a business:

This is for an average size location with bathroom on a side street about 2 blocks from the center of town, no parking. The store front did include the security gate.
Part of the incidentals is parking for the car, taxi costs and for the business credit payments for inventory.
