Requirements for Marriage Visa 9-VI (Amparo)

1. Peticion de Visa realizada por el ecuatoriano amparante o extranjero con Visa diferente a esta categoria, seguin el caso, dirigida a la Subdireccion General de Extranjeria, confeniendo fundamento de hecho y de derecho patrocinio de Abogado y recnocimiento de firma ante Notario, mencionando si el ciudadano extranjero ha sido o no deportado o excluido del Ecuador.
2. Coipias norariadas de cedula y votacion del ecuatoriano (si fuera el caso)
3. Copias notariadas de Pasaporta, cedula y censo, cuando el peticionario sea extranjero, titular de una Visa distinta a esta categoria.
4. Si es por matrimonio con ecuatoriano copia integra de a inscripcion del matrimonio, copia notariada de cedula del ecuatoriano cones estado civil actualizado y certificado de votacion. Si es por hijo ecuatoriano, copia integra de la inscripcion del nacimiento certificada y copia notariada de la cedula.
5. Escritura publica de garantia economica, otorgada por el ecuatoriano a favor del extranjero.
6. Copias notariadas del Pasaporte del ciudadano extranjero, con vigencia minima de seis meses, con Visa de no inmigrante o estadia legal, minima de 30 dias a la presentcion de los documentos.
7. Certificado de antecedentes penales, del Pais de origen, del ciudadano extranjero.
8. Movimientos Migratorio
9. 2 fotos a colores actualizadas, del ciudadano extranjero
10. Croquis del lugar del domicilio del ciudadano extranjero, en el Ecuador
11. Copia de una planilla de servicios basicos, del domicilio del ciudadano extranjero.
