Salinas Malecon and Santa Elena Improvements

The Mayor of Salinas agreed that the concerns about the planned malecon upgrade were valid. He forwarded them to the team developing the plan for responses and will share the answers. On another front recommendations impacting the beaches, sidewalks and roadways were accepted by the prefecture strategic planning committee. Of course time will tell but at least these two levels of government are open to feedback.
