Corruption and supermaxi

My girlfriend and her daughter(20) was shopping in Megamaxi, el condado in Quito the 15. september last year. When they left Megamaxi they was stopped by a very rude guard wich accused them for stealing, wich they where not. They asked for the manager, but the police was called, and they was brougt to the commissary. Here ppl from megamaxi brought false evidence for 100 $ lipstick and seafood, wich they claimed should have ben in my girlfriends small bag (15x20cm)
My girlfriend and her daughter was thrown into jail for 20 days whitout any reason whatever and even proves of fingerprits or video. The police was very rude with them and nobody helped them.
Even they find the wrong identity on my girlfriends daughter and arrested her under that name.
After 10 days we managed to bribe the commisarry to relase them for 300$.
Be aware in Ecuador and think twice before you shop in megamaxi.
Allways have a number to a laywer with you whereever you go in this country.
