National Health Care

What are my options for health care insurance if I move to Ecuador? I take Humira, a biologic injection drug that costs approx. $1,500 per month. My US health insurance group plan pays it...this costs $850/mo. and goes up every year. But if I close my company I lose this insurance.
Without this drug my Dr tells me I will be crippled by psoracratic arthritis. If I become a resident of Ecuador, can I be on national health...or other options???
