Economic Dependency Visa

I am moving to Ecuador this summer with my Ecuadorian Husband who is already there. I am applying for an Economic Dependant Visa. He has already moved belongings there duty free in his name and I was wondering if I also can bring belongings in my name duty free upon approval of my Res. Visa. Does anyone know the answer to this question. Thanks. I will be in Cuenca Ecuador
