As everyone knows, discussions on our Ecuador Forum tend to get quite contentious. For some of you, this is the perfect place and manner in which to interact. Others have no desire to engage in such heated debates and want nothing more than a pleasant place to exchange information and ideas about what it's like to live in Ecuador. In an effort to serve the needs of this group, we have created the "Ecuador Welcome Forum" for supportive, non-judgmental discussions. All interactions on this forum should be conducted within these guidelines. All threads will be closely moderated at the sole discretion of ExpatExchange forum administrators.
If you use our Ecuador Forum page, the Ecuador Welcome Forum is located on the same page. If you use the "My Account" page, it is one of the forums available in the default forum drop-down box.
You are welcome to use both forums, but we request that the heated discussions only take place on the existing Ecuador Forum.
