Ernie and Deborah Millard have done a great service for those thinking of
relocating and/or visiting Bahía de Caráquez. They recently posted an eight-page
list of resources that includes phone numbers and addresses for everything from
accommodations to the vet. Their blog, Pachamama Spectrum of Treasures has alot
