Get my dog back from Manta

I need help. I left Manta in April due to illness. I had to leave my dog with Lorena who owns a dress shop in the Super Maxi shopping center. She is a wonderful person. I left all my USDA paperwork and standard crate with her. I cannot get in touch with her. She owns Forever 21 Dress Shop. I do not know if she still has the dog. She is a loving person. I am strong enough now to get the dog back. I need help getting him to American Airlines in Guayaquil. I think Lorena has all the certified paperwork. Dog needs screw worm shot from a vet and a new exam from an EC Vet. I know the culture in EC about dogs and do not want my dog put out to fend for himself. If anybody reads this please email me at [email protected]. I will pay you to take the dog to Guayaquil. I just need a dog lover to help.
