Is This Possible?

My husband wants to take early retirement and cash in his 401k and ESOP which will give us a good deal of cash. We want to move to Ecuador within the next year. We have passports, marriage license, birth certificates and clean police records, however, we have some debts. Will this prevent us from moving?

We are adventurous but would travel to Ecuador on a visit first to find a home to purchase - for cash, and then return. We need serious, specific advice.
