Immigration up dates 8/9/2011 New Law

The new law is in effect starting today. You must provide the 5 year history report that is required however my wife Nora executed on a motion of stay for a Canadian Couple who over stayed ther welcome and the director said he will look the other way on the $200 penalty phase and 9 month out of the country restriction since they have been here for 7 months. Since many XPATS are here here already it would behoove you to get into the system to apply for your Census and temporary ID cards before anything else happens with changes..
