Real Estate Scams in Ecuador

Many of you are sending me private emails to investigate the following people that claim they are real estate brokers on my BLACKLISTED DATA BASE OF ECUADOR
1. JOHN WALKER
2. JENNIFER WALKER
3. JAMES CHEEK
4. CONSTINE MARKOU
5. KATHY GONZALEZ CORRAL
6. DAVID MORRILL

THE FIRST TWO HAVE PENDING CASES AGAINST THEM AND WENT BACK TO AUSTRALIA WITH THE MONEY

THE THIRD ONE YOU SHOULD NOT WALK AWAY FROM ANY DEALS.. YOU SHOULD RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN...HE SHOULD BE SMEARED WITH TAR AND COVERED WITH FEATHERS AS A PUNISHMENT.

THE OTHER TWO HAVE A REAL ESTATE LICENSE OF #142A AND HAVE NO PRIOR OR PENDING ACTIONS. HOWEVER I DID A PHONE SURVEY OF PAST CLIENTS. Some of the deals had triple dippings. Thats when the brokers are collecting money on both sides the seller and buyer and charging for misc BS. There are no strict licensing laws so many of these so called brokers do just about anything. A word to everyone in the USA... Please stop sending money for down payments as of today. Three of you have already sent your down payments and I told you not to... I am not doing this for my health..If you want my help then listen to me.. I did collections for 24 years and my expertise was real estate fraud cases. Stop it... I don't want to hear another story about he or she told me that if I don't send the money the price is going up in two months. 1/2 of Ecuador is for sell... Please stop being so naive Its making me sick to my stomach watching allot of the retirees getting ripped off daily... Its like Moonstruck all over again.. I want to slap some of you and say snap out of it... Please stop with the International bank wires.. The properties aren't going anywere they are toying with you guys... Do what I did. Look into the Comercia newspaper on line and look for people that are in trouble and you will find some great deals.. If you need any help in my email is [email protected]
