Tumbaco and Cumbaya information

We have finally zeroed in on an area for our inland home. We spent 1 day in Cumbaya exploring real estate last year. Beautiful area with great infastructure, hospital, university ect..We will be exploring Tumbaco this year. I would like to speak with any expats living in the area. We have a condo in Bahia so we understand how to purchase property & what to pay. The Ecuadorians in Quito we have spoken with like the area.The u tube videos, international living, internet pictures, trip adisor reviews ect.. paint a good scenario. I would like to get the opinion of someone who lives or is familiar with this area if possible.
