PROBLEMS with Club correos

Just wondering if anybody out there has had problems like I'm experiencing with this club? I have left numerous emails and voice mails with either them and/or Transexpress shipping regarding my order that actually got to Miami, but the package has been stuck in limbo for a week now. Nobody knows where the package is and I am getting no replies. Anybody??????
