Need help with parrot held hostage ASAP

I was able to get the dogs to Ecuador Ok, but customs will not release my parrot. I thought that I had all of the paperwork, but they keep insisting that I need more. If anyone can refer a good and honest agent, please do so immediately. I am getting very concerned about the parrots health since she is stressed at customs. I will check my email during the day but it is sometimes difficult to get internet as we go from one errand to the next. Thanks!
