LAN air

Hi folks, I've tried several times to book LAN air from Guayaquil (early January) to Cuenca (early March) and return, but I get error messages saying they don't fly that route. The 1-800 number on their site shows one number short, so I can't call them. Anyone more experienced than I have any advice? THANKS! Deborah.
