Banks closed Friday and Monday - Ecuador

Financial institutions do not provide service to the public on Friday December 30 len all its agencies, because they work in preparing the balance of the end of fiscal year 2011.
For four days, users may withdraw money from ATMs.
Attention will resume as normal on Tuesday January 3, 2012, detailed the Ecuavisa news. Meanwhile, Banco de Guayaquil reported via Twitter , that “on Saturday, December 31 agencies attend regular schedule deferred (9:00 to 13:30) and in malls from 10:00 to 16:00.”
