Main Rd. Lot for sale in Tonsupa, Esmeraldas

I am not a Real Estate agent. I am the owner of a beautiful Main road front lot in Tonsupa, Esmeraldas. Every car that goes to Tonsupa and beaches south passes right in front of the lot. The lot is perfect for a commercial bus., hotel, lots for sale, restaurant, hostel or a private residence. The lot is 20 meters in the front and back and 66 meters long/sides. It is in the "Cooperativa Atacames" lot area as a point of reference. You can see Playa Almendro from the lot, but don't have to deal with noisy neighbors and have privacy and easy access to Quito. I am living here in Houston and am selling because my daughter is attending the University of Texas in Austin. My dream was to return and build on the lot because "in Season" it is very busy and "out of season" it is very quiet. I am the owner and you would deal directly with me .
