Need a vet now

Has anybody taken their cat to a vet here in Ecuador? I quickly need a vet that has experience in cats. Seems like most only are familiar with dog diseases and I think the last vet I went to here in Bahia overdosed my cat....I will go anywhere but preferably closer to Bahia. Manta, Portoviejo??? My baby is very sick and I am clueless as to what to do!!!
