The Blue XPO at the front of the Liga Country Club in Quito has about 100 used autos for sale.. Its open to the public.. These are private owners that exchange information in the parking lot. They had three Russian jeeps that were in good condition between $5,000 and $8,000.. Max bought one this weekend... Another car from Chech Republic in good condition for $4,000..
