Does anyone in Salinas need anything from the US?

This is a post to Salinas expats. Not anyone and everyone in Ecuador. I am travelling to Salinas, and willing to carry an extra suitcase full of items.

I am not going to charge people in advance of my arrival, as that just seems like a shady thing to do. Because I am buying on my dime, and trusting people will reimburse later, I have to trust that the people posting will actualy reimburse me. Because of that fact, and the fact I do not know anyone there, all requests will have to be for items I would use if not paid for when I arrive. IE: Don't start posting about how you want 3 laptops and a big screen TV. This is more about jars of jelly, peanut butter, soap, shampoo, etc. little things you miss from the US.

I am not going to charge a single penny in profit for this, I am offering to let anyone know what an item in my area of the US costs before I buy it, and provide the receipt from when I bought it, when I deliver. I want this to be very transparent.

I am offering this primarily to help out expats get something they can't find there, and more importantly give me access to meet them and speak with them even though all they wanted was a specific brand of soap or a perfume, etc. I am using this offer as a social networking tool to meet other expats while I have boots on the ground so to speak. That is what I get out of the deal... I believe in transparency, and I do not expect for anyone in a deal to walk away with out anything.
