The Scammer: She's Back

Just a warning that the woman who pretends to have been robbed and asks for handouts all over the country is back. She is blonde, heavyset, and in my case claimed to be South African. I ran into her this morning near the Courtyard Hotel in Kennedy in Guayaquil. She told me she'd been robbed of her money and pasasport and needed money to get to Lima. I told her I'd heard all about her. She said "Excuse me?" I told her she knew exactly what I was talking about, and asked her how she would get to Lima with no passport anyway. There was a cop nearby, and I said we should go talk to him about her situation. At that point she took off in the other direction. I just wanted to warn folks that she's doing her thing again. Thanks to those who mentioned her on this forum in the past. She's quite convincing, and I may have fallen for it without the previous warnings.
