Looking for a rental

For anyone who is interested, there is a middleaged couple who is looking for an apartment or a house, 2 bed, 1-2 bath. It can be in Salinas, Santa Elena, or even La Libertad, however, it must be secure and located in a safe area. 300-350 is their budget.

If its a win/win, they will sign a 2 year lease, with an option to extend for another 12 months.

These folks are not big bucks, but they are EXTREMELY conscientious, clean, and reliable. They are not new to Ecuador and speak Spanish flawlessly.

They will maintain the property perfectly (no exaggeration) and most likely put their own fresh coat of paint on the walls, as well as make other professional improvements to the home (on their dime) so that they feel comfortable.

They will never, ever be late with their payments. They have no pets and they do not smoke.

I know there's a facebook page somewhere for real estate and other goods that are being offered in the Salinas area. A website that was formed specifically for expats.

Unfortunately, I could not locate it.

Please PM me if you have any information or suggestions for them that might help. They are ready to rent at any time.

I hope someone responds. If not, I will have to charge them $ 200,300.99 and find them a place myself.
