Which is to say -- Happy New Year 5776 for those who celebrate Rosh Hashannah -- the Jewish New Year which starts at Sundown on Sunday the 13th.

On the coast we will be celebrating at Synogoga Montanita in barrio Tigrillo ..

In Cuenca there will be a pot luck dessert gathering: An informal community get-together. It's a dessert pot-luck, and an opportunity for us to share the blessings and to wish each other a sweet New Year. 6:00 p.m. at a convenient location. Please bring dessert to share and wine if you can.

For those in Quito and and Guayaquil we have a number of Shuls, minions, families, groups and of course the ubiquitous Chabad. Let me know if you need a honeycake hook up.
