Wanted Apartment rental

My wife are visiting Equador beginning December 6th arriving in Guayaquil, staying 3 months. We are planning retirement in Equador.

We would like to rent an apartment in Guayaquil for the month of December, Cuenca for January. February we do not yet have February planned.

Does anyone have an apartment, casita, homestay or similar available for rent at monthly rates?

We are currently in Panama and staying in the sanitary environment of hotels and not liking it. We think changing our accommodation would allow us to meet people and learn more about your country.

If anyone has a suggestion for an alternative location for our monthly stay locations they would be welcome.
