US Retirees looking for rental in Manta

Hi, my husband and I are interested in renting a home. We're retired, non-smokers, have no pets, impeccable credit, and great references. We were life long homeowners, so we know how to care for a home. We sold our house and car. We have very little belongings that we're traveling with. We are in search of our final retirement country/city/community. Our way of looking is to country hop every 3 months (or longer if the tourist visa allows) for the next 2 to 6 years. Beginning in Central America, moving onto South America, then Europe. We're currently in Boquete, Panama, our 2nd stop. Please let us know if you have a property in Manta that might meet our needs. We're looking to start renting between May 25 and June 1st for 3 months. A one bedroom, studio, or 2 bedroom house is fine. Our budget is $500 to $800 month, depending on the property. It doesn't need to be on the beach. It does need to be very close to a bus stop as we won't have a car. I have a bad back and need a king bed. It has to be firm (so I can use my gel/foam mattress topper on it) or it can be a memory foam mattress. Please let us know. Thank you,
