Rheumatology resources

Anyone with experience in this area?
Although diagnosed seropositive RA four years ago, my condition is well-managed, symptoms minimal, and requiring only weekly low-dose generic medication along with a bimonthly biologic infusion ( medical insurance system coding places self-administration--rather than infusion--of the biologic beyond financial reach for most U.S. citizens here in the States). That's pretty much been the drill for 3-out-of-the-past 4 years. Otherwise, in excellent health! Hoping to get eventually get off the infusion, naturally, but until then.... would appreciate comments/recommendations from members re: how friendly Ecuador resources (clinical as well as insurance) generally are toward those with RA. Thanks!
