Programming/Tech Jobs in Cairo

Hello,

I am new to this site and was wondering if someone might be able to help me. Within the next year, I will need to move to Cairo to do dissertation research. My husband is a computer programmer in the U.S., who currently does not speak Arabic. Do you know if there are any possibilities of him finding work in Cairo? If so, do you know good resources for finding out more information, good companies to which he could apply, etc. We are having a very difficult time finding out anything about this and would appreciate any advice.
