Info on El Alsson School / The English Academy British International School

HI ,
My husband and I are thinging of applying for jobs at the above mentioned school. Does any one know anything about it? Does it have a good reputation with both parents and staff?

Also if we do decide to move to Egypt we would be needing a baby sitter to look after my baby. Will a baby sitter be expensive? What nationalities are usually employed to look after children. How would I go about finding a good baby sitter for my son?
