anyone who needs help advice plz read this

hi to all
im a US born and raised woman, 30 living in Cairo Egypt for the past 5 years. Married to an Egyptian with a 5 year old son. I travel quite frequently back and forth to visit family and do some shopping back in California. I know just about all you need to know as i have been there and done that. It would take me hours to sit here and respond to these boards, so i decided to offer my help via email! I live in the 6th october area and i do have a car.
