We have been residing in Tunis for a year now and will be relocating to Cairo for 4 years (SOOOO EXCITED AND CAN'T WAIT!!)
How does it compare to Tunis? We've had a great time here and have managed to blend in very well and have (for the most part) great exp. here.
In Cairo how is the schooling and hospitals? My son will need school in 2 more years and would like to know if there are some great private schools.
What's the best place to live in Cairo with a small child?
Jobs - how are they for women?
Cost of living - is it relative to Tunisia?
Are there a lot of expat funtions in Cairo? We have a lot here.
Crime - now people say Tunisia is bad but I disagree, it's petty but that's about it. How is it in Cairo?
Is is heavily restricted, are there bans on the internet in terms of sites, can people obtain visas and mastercards there and how is the market in general? Lot's of western products or pretty limited?
All the info you can give me would be much appreciated.
