Moving to Cairo

I am a pediatric nurse in the US and my boyfriend has been offered a job in Cairo. I have been searching the internet trying to figure out if and how to practice in cairo and I am not able to find any good information on it. Any one out there that can help me? Also a little insight on what it is like there? I am a little nervous about the move.
