moving to Cairo!

I have got an offer with net Salary 1300 Euro ( 10000 LE) in the city of 10th of Ramadan. Insurance and transport from and to the company are offered from the company. I chose to live in Heliopolis. Is this offer good? The transport from and to the company is ensured.

I would ask you some important questions:

A flat with two rooms, living room, balcony , Bathroom in Heliopolis... What does it cost ?

Can I save a lot alone in the first year, because I would like to mary the year after. By moderate spending, how much could save in average?

I would be grateful to you when you answer as soon as possible my questions.
