Moving to Sharm - Can you help?

Hello
We live in UK and want to move to Sharm el Sheikh in July 2008. We want to buy an apartment to let and rent one to live in. We may be looking to run a small cafe just in the mornings. Dont know anything about visas we require? We have an appointment with St Josephs school in January. Can you help with accommodation? Visas? Can I bring my dog? We need all the help we can get.
