moving and visiting egypt

I wonder if anyone can give any help. My fiance lives and works in Egypt, he is Egyptian. We are trying to work out if it is better to for me to move to Egypt or for him to come to the UK.

Its so awkward and expensive for him to come to the UK, I dont know how easy it would be to move to Egypt though? My fiance works in sharm, I thought maybe I would get work quite easy since its a tourist resort but I dont really know where to begin, any help would be appreciated! Also, with regards to living accommodation, how easy is it to find somewhere to rent to begin with? We are married in egypt but it hasnt been registered at the embassy yet which is our next step as I know that has to be done.

Any help at all or advice would be great.
