Buying Flat/House in Egypt

Can you please tell me about how we can buy flat and what are the rules for buying if we have british passport...I am arab but lived and raised in UK, now will be moving with my partner and start a new life..

Where are good cities with shops, night life, restaurants, beaches and just the best area to live in?
