How difficult would it be for an Egyptian man to obtain a visa to visit the US?.

Hello everyone, i am in a relationship with an Egyptian man i met online a year ago but got to meet in person in December of last year. He seems to be a great person, he introduced me to his family and friends when i was there. He also proposed to me when i was there and asked me to move to Egypt to live there with him. He has a very stable job and seems to be able to afford a good life for us, however, i have a career and a great job here in the US. In addition, My family and relatives all live here. Being a latin woman i am very close to my family and can't imagine living that far away from them. He understands this and is willing to do what he can to come to the US to marry me. But, i am just concern about how hard it could be for him to get a visa to come to the US. Do any of you know what are some of the requirements he would need in order to get a visa? thank you.
