Ultra sound/echography in cairo

Hello everyone.

Im 4 months pregnant and need to do a really important ultra sound to check everything concerning the baby.Size, skull, heart, placenta, umbilical cord...
I do not know any doctor here. Would someone knows a doctor I can trust and feel confident with?
Back in my country my doctor said it is a really important ultra sound and I really need to find someone competent. I am sure there is a doctor i can trust in cairo but to be honest my doctor scared me a bit. I dont want to play around with my baby health. I am wondering if I can do this ultra sound in cairo or if you advise me to go back home.
