Connexion internet

Hello,

I am looking for information about the internet connection in Egypt.
I need a minimum connection speed of about 3500 MB / s in reception and 6 MB / s in sending.

Otherwise I am looking for a mobile phone subscription that offers an internet connection in 4G around 100 gigas per month. Do you know which operator offers this type of service?

Anyone be able to answer me? It is the project of a life thanks a lot.
