International school recommendations in Cairo

We are an American family and looking to relocate to Cairo for the 2023/2024 school year.

I'd love to have some recommendations of international schools. Some are very very expensive. There are others that are more reasonable.

I'm mostly interested in schools that cost around 150,000 EGP (5,000 USD) per child per year. Does anybody have experience with children attending Misr American College? That seems to fit the budget.

Or what feedback do other people have for good international schools?
