Considering moving to El Salvador

My parents are from El Salvador and moved to the U.S back in 1970. I was born in California and am now married and have 4 children ranging from the age of 4-16 years. My husband is from the U.S and recently separated from the military U.S. Navy. We've talked about moving to El Salvador and are now considering it. He's a chef and has military police experience and I have experience working in a call center from my home and away as well. What would we need to do in order to get the whole family down there. We have planned on opening a restaurant that serves americana style food. Would it be difficult to obtain all this for the whole entire family keeping in mind that we have 4 children that we would need to put through school and we are in our mid 30's . I've also thought of teaching english but first obtaining the TEFL certification. Any and all advice and help would be greatly appreciated.
