Playgroup for expats kids

Hello,

I am moving to El Salvador with my 2 year old daughter. I haven't been able to find a daycare o playgroup for english speaking kids so she can use her english with other pleople and not just me. Does anyone have any ideas or info? Is ther a way to start a playgroup if there is none?
