English Teaching Jobs

I just obtained my TEFL certification and I am planning on moving to El Salvador to search for a job teaching English somewhere near El Puerto of La Libertad. I was wondering if there was any need for an English teacher and/or tutor, or even a Spanish teacher/tutor (as I have a Bachelor's degree in International Studies with a minor in Spanish).

What are the chances of finding a job in El Puerto?

I have heard from a few other expats that my best bet would be commuting to and from the capital, but I thought I'd check on here as well!
