Moving to El Salvador

I would like to move to El Savador. I have an Associate Degree and work as an Administrative Assistant for the Department of Health and Menttal Hygiene in New York City; however i am 50 years old and it seems that age plays a big role in finding a job in ES. I was born in ES completed my High School and moved to US in 1983.
