Getting Covid vaccine as non-resident/tourist

Hi,
I recently read that El Salvador are offering Covid vaccination to tourists- however you're unable to access the website to register (and with all the information) from outside El Salvador.
I have been out in Central America (on tourist visa) for a while and so never received it, but now need to be vaccinated for upcoming job. Does anyone know if it's possible to pay privately outside of the government tourist vaccination scheme?
