Beware of skinheads in Tartu. I was in an unprovoked attack while walking home last year and was hospitalised. Beware of the Tartu administration, they wish to keep attacks on foreigners secret. Go to the press even if your prosecutor tells you not too, they will help and it will also make sure you get some degree of justice. Do not let the your prosecutor go for a settlement.
